Have your entry tickets and a valid ID ready for a smooth and seamless experience.

Sharp objects, large luggage, cameras, video recording equipment, smoking, vaping, alcohol, and outside food or beverages are not permitted. Photography is strictly prohibited inside the venue. For safety reasons, children under 5 years are not allowed.

This experience is wheelchair accessible; however, only one wheelchair user is admitted per hour. Guests with accessibility needs can book a free carer ticket alongside their own. Pregnant guests are welcome at the Dungeon, but the Drop Dead ride is not suitable.

Recommended minimum age is 12 years; guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. The Dungeon reserves the right to modify, close, or remove exhibits, shows, or rides without prior notice due to technical or operational reasons. No refunds or price reductions will be issued in such cases.
