Must Know

• [teamLab General Admission Ticket – How to Use] Please present your “Traviia e-voucher” at the ticketing counter on-site to exchange for a physical ticket. Each QR code is valid for one ticket per person and must be verified for admission.
• [teamLab Ticket + Floating Flower Garden & Tea House – How to Use] Please present your e-ticket and scan the QR code directly at the entrance for admission. No physical ticket exchange is required.
• The ticket is valid for a single entry only and cannot be reused for re-entry.
• Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Parents, guardians, and/or accompanying adults are responsible for the child’s behavior. If a child disturbs others or causes any inconvenience, they may be required to leave the premises.
• After placing an order, the order status and price need to be confirmed a second time. The final confirmation from the supplier shall prevail, and there may be a situation where the customer needs to make up the difference.
• All visitors must carefully watch the entire introduction video before entering.
• Smoking is prohibited inside.
• Bringing outside food and beverages into the venue is prohibited, including candy and chewing gum. Food and drinks can be purchased and consumed in designated areas.
• Photography is permitted inside the exhibition; however, the use of flash is strictly prohibited. Additionally, auxiliary equipment such as tripods, lighting, and selfie sticks are not allowed.
• Entry will be denied to visitors wearing high heels, flip-flops, sandals, or other unsafe footwear. Additionally, large personal belongings are not permitted inside the exhibition.
• All visitors enter the exhibition at their own risk. Due to dim lighting, uneven flooring, and surfaces that may be difficult to stand on, all guests—particularly the elderly, pregnant women, and wheelchair users—are advised to exercise extreme caution. If you require any assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our on-site staff.
• In case of emergency, please follow the instructions of the on-site staff to exit the premises.
• Some areas of the exhibition are only accessible via stairs.
• For safety reasons, some areas may not be accessible to wheelchair users.
• Some exhibition areas may be closed temporarily without prior notice.
• Some exhibits may cause severe allergic reactions. Please consult on-site staff for more information.
• Some exhibits feature intense lighting and loud sound effects, which may cause temporary sensory discomfort.
• Visitors are prohibited from touching equipment and devices, including LED displays, transparent screens, mirrors, sensors, projectors, and lighting fixtures.
• Some exhibition areas feature mirrored flooring. If needed, protective coverings can be borrowed to block the surface.
• Commercial photography or interviews are not permitted without prior authorization.
• For safety reasons, visitors may be required to queue for entry depending on the venue’s capacity.
• Ticket holders are responsible for their own travel to and from the exhibition.
• All visitors who develop influenza-like symptoms such as fever, muscle pain, sore throat, cough, or runny nose, including children aged three and above, must wear a mask at all times.
• The ticket sales deadline for teamLab's Supernatural Space exhibition is 45 minutes before closing time.
• Tickets must not be resold or offered for resale without the prior written consent of Cotai Ticketing.
• Refunds or ticket exchanges are not permitted unless the event is postponed or cancelled.
