Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed inside the attraction for security reasons. External food and drinks are prohibited, except for the complimentary beverage included with the Champagne Bar Experience. Animals are not permitted, with the exception of registered assistance animals. Alcohol, drugs, and intoxicated behavior are strictly forbidden on the premises. Flash photography, tripods, and professional recording equipment are not permitted within exhibition areas.

The attraction offers full wheelchair access, with lifts and ramps available throughout the venue. Accessible restroom facilities are available on-site.

Children under 2 years old may enter free of charge but must still have a pre-booked ticket. Visitors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Disabled guests pay the standard admission fee, and one carer may accompany them at no extra cost. Only three wheelchairs are allowed inside the attraction at any given time. Wheelchair access must be arranged in advance via the official Madame Tussauds London website. Pushchairs and buggies are not allowed inside and must be stored in the cloakroom.
