Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not permitted inside the attraction. Pets are not allowed, with the exception of registered assistance animals. Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the venue. Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited on the premises. Flash photography, tripods, and professional filming equipment are not allowed in the exhibition areas.

Madame Tussauds London is fully wheelchair accessible, with ramps and elevators throughout the building. Accessible restroom facilities are available on site.

Children under 2 years of age enter free but must have a pre-booked ticket. Guests under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or older. Disabled guests pay the standard admission price, and one carer may enter free of charge. A maximum of three wheelchairs is permitted inside the attraction at any one time.
