The venue is wheelchair accessible; however, wheelchairs cannot be rented on site. Visitors are requested to bring their own, if needed. Shops, dining areas, restrooms, rides, and attractions are all accessible. Strollers up to 36 inches wide are permitted. Service animals are allowed. Note: Staff cannot assist guests with seating for the 7D experience.

Experiences such as Wax Hands and the Clown Chaos 7D require you to upgrade to the all-inclusive. Admission is free for children aged 1 year and under.
