Must Know
- For hygiene and safety reasons, socks must be worn in the 3F Ice Park and Jump Park. (No bare feet or stockings allowed)
- infant under 36 months old must present their ID (passport, etc.) when entering the venue.
- Pregnant women, the elderly, wheelchair users, people wearing leather shoes or slippers, infant under 36 months old, and people under 120cm in height will be restricted from using some facilities for safety reasons.
- You can visit at any time within the validity period without booking date
- Exchange the voucher for a physical admission ticket at KOSIK on the 1F ticket office and enter from the 2F entrance.
- This ticket is 100% refundable if not used within the validity period.
