- Infants aged 0-3 can enter for free
- Child ticket: Age 4-17
- Children aged 0-17 must be accompanied by at least one paying adult
- Magic Ice is an experience for all ages and highly recommended as a family activity
- Outside food and drinks, as well as pets, are not allowed inside the attraction
- A cloakroom is not available but you may leave some of your belongings at the reception at your own risk. Magic Ice Bergen will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items
- This is stroller and wheelchair-friendly
- **Please note:** You must wear the complimentary gloves inside the ice area to protect the art
- During the peak season (15 May-15 Sep), you may need to wait for a bit before entering the attraction
