Regular operating hours run daily from 9:30am to 5:30pm (March to November) and 10:00am to 5:00pm during winter (December to February), with last admission 1 hour before closing. Extended opening times apply during Golden Week (9:00am to 9:30pm) and select Night Aquarium event dates across summer and autumn (9:30am to 9:00pm). Scheduled facility closures occur on the first Monday of February and the following two consecutive days. Free admission applies to toddlers aged 0 to 2 years old. Standard venue entry queues apply to this ticket, as it does not include priority or skip-the-line access. On-site storage space is available at the venue for personal belongings; please ask staff on site regarding applicable rental rates.
