This tour is not ADA accessible and is not suitable for wheelchair users. Guests must be able to climb three large bus steps multiple times during the tour. Expect to stand for up to 20 minutes at a time at various stops. Walkers cannot be accommodated, as there is no storage space on the tour vehicles.

The minimum age for the tour is 3 years; children under 3, including infants in carriers or strollers, are not permitted. Free parking is available at 870 Haliʻimaile Rd and the Haliʻimaile Distillery overflow parking lot. The venue accepts card and digital payments only; cash is not accepted. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time for check-in. Tours may be canceled due to severe weather, with the option to reschedule or receive a refund. Any changes to group size or tour reservations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit.
