This tour is not ADA accessible, and guests must board and exit the bus using three large steps. Guests should be able to complete a slow 20-minute walk over uneven or mulched terrain. The experience includes climbing approximately 24 wide stairs with handrails. Factory tastings are fully seated and accessible for participating guests.

Tours are offered daily at 9:30am, 11:45am, 1pm, 1:45pm, and 3:30pm, subject to the operating calendar. All guests must be at least 3 years old to participate, and parties arriving with children under 3 are not eligible for refunds. Free parking is available on site and at the Haliʻimaile Distillery overflow parking lot. Each departure uses a single tour bus, so book all members of your group for the same time slot to travel together. Tours may be canceled due to inclement weather, with the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. Requests to change group size or rebook must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour. Please arrive 15 minutes before your tour with all required waivers completed and signed in advance.
