Booking FAQs

Carry a swimsuit and a towel for the experience. Bring a valid photo ID that matches the name on your booking if requested at check-in. Complete the mandatory PADI eLearning theory lesson (20–30 minutes) prior to arrival. If you answered “yes” to any questions on the PADI medical form, you must bring a physician’s approval to dive.

Alcohol, drugs, or any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited before and during the experience. Personal scuba gear is not necessary, as all required equipment is provided.

This experience is not suitable for wheelchair users. Children under 10 years of age are not permitted to participate. Participants must know how to swim for safety and comfort.

You must complete the PADI medical form before diving; if any answers are “yes,” a physician’s approval is required. Cancellations made within 48 hours due to medical reasons are not eligible for a refund. All scuba equipment and PADI learning materials are included in the lesson. Check in at the dive shop; the dive site (Mala Wharf) is a short 3-minute walk away. Training dives can last up to one hour, depending on individual air consumption. Group sizes are small, with a maximum of 4 participants per instructor for personalized guidance. Beginner divers can go to a maximum depth of 40 feet. Arrive on time and carefully follow all safety instructions provided by your PADI instructor.
