Scan your ticket at the Melbourne Skydeck entrance and proceed inside the lobby. From here, you join the queue for the fast lift that takes you directly to Level 88. Once you step out at the top deck, you can start exploring the indoor observation areas and choose your included options according to the ticket variant you selected.

One of Australia’s fastest lifts takes you straight to Level 88, so you reach the observation deck within moments of leaving the ground floor. This direct ride maximizes your time at height instead of waiting in internal queues.
Entry to the Melbourne Skydeck is included with every ticket option, giving you access to the full 360° indoor viewing area as well as the interactive 3D model of the city. You can use the model to get a clearer sense of how Melbourne’s streets and landmarks fit together below you.
From the floor‑to‑ceiling windows you can trace the Yarra River, pick out Melbourne’s central business district, and follow the line of Port Phillip Bay along the horizon. The 360° views let you compare different sides of the city from one central level.

When you are ready to leave, you return to the lift area on Level 88 and descend back to the ground floor. Re‑entry on the same ticket is not included, so if you want to see Melbourne Skydeck in both daylight and after dark, you need to purchase a Sun & Stars upgrade or select a ticket that provides separate future discounts such as 20% off general admission or 25% off Ultimate tickets within the stated 2026 periods.
