Keep in mind outside food & beverages are not allowed on this experience. For safety reasons, running within the park premises, especially in areas near pools or on wet surfaces, is prohibited. Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience. Filming and photography with mobile phones or cameras are strictly prohibited on all attractions. Head-mounted GoPros as well as cameras attached to selfie sticks or wristbands are also prohibited.

Pregnant women, guests with cardiac, back, or neck issues or those who have recently undergone a surgery are restricted from participating in this experience.

Facilities: parking, restaurants, lockers, changing rooms, ATM machine, towel rental. Please note that certain rides have height and weight restrictions. Check the website for more information. Certain rides may be closed for maintenance. Check the website before booking your tickets. For photography, exceptions can be made for cameras mounted with a suitable chest strap. The decision whether a chest strap is suitable lies with the park's staff. Consume food and drinks in designated areas only. Re-entry to the waterpark is not allowed. On Ladies Day (select dates), the waterpark is reserved for women and girls only. Male children under 1.22 meters are welcome when accompanied by an adult woman. Photography isn't permitted during Ladies Day events.
