Booking FAQs

Life jackets are required to be worn on the airboat for children aged 6 and under. Children aged 3 and under can participate in the airboat tour for free. Pregnant women can board the airboat, but they are recommended to get a consultation from their doctor before the experience. Book your private airboat tour at least a week in advance because they tend to get reserved fast. Free parking is available at the Park.

People with mobility issues can board the airboat, but airboats are not wheelchair-accessible. Clerks at the Park do provide assistance provided in case required. All the animal exhibits at the Park are wheelchair-accessible, and there are wheelchairs available at no cost. Service animals are allowed in the Park but at your own risk. They are not allowed on the airboat.
