Must Know

• The date selected when ordering is not the actual date of use. You can use it on any day before 2026/05/31. If it is confirmed that it has not been used after the deadline, you can apply for a return.
• No reservations are required during the promotional period. Admission will be based on on-site registration. If the park is full, reservations will be accepted to control the number of people entering. The maximum admission limit will be as announced on-site. Please inform the store when you arrive that you will be using the redemption voucher. Thank you for your cooperation.
• It can be used on weekends and holidays. The last departure time is: 20:00. It is not open to the public on monthly cleaning days. Please refer to the fan club announcement.
• Tom Beibei encourages parent-child interaction. In order to maintain the safety of children's games, each child entering the park must be accompanied by an adult (over 18 years old) at all times. Parents are not allowed to take turns to enter. We apologize for any inconvenience.
• No-slip socks are required for entry.
• If you have a fever (forehead temperature exceeds 37.5 degrees), enterovirus or other infectious diseases or special conditions, to protect the rights of other children, you will not be allowed to enter.
• Before entering, please remove sharp and fragile objects (such as glasses, hairpins, pins) from children to avoid injury. Parents are asked to wear diapers for young children to maintain the cleanliness of the venue.
• Eating and drinking (including drinking water) is completely prohibited in the venue. If you are breastfeeding, drink milk. For diaper changing and clothing needs, please contact the on-site service staff. Pets and dangerous items are strictly prohibited in the museum.
• Please abide by the instructions of the on-site personnel and the rules for the use of play equipment. If there is a fight, argument, pushing or rough behavior that may cause injury, the staff will ask the child to leave if the dissuasion fails. If you find that the child is feeling unwell, please assist and notify the service staff immediately..
• All teaching aids or equipment in the museum are limited to on-site use. Please cherish the resources shared with others. Parents are asked to guide children to develop a good habit of returning them to their places after use. If any damage is found, please notify the service staff and do not bring it without permission. Outside the venue, if there is any damage, compensation shall be based on the price.
• This offer cannot be used as discount for parking fees in department stores.
