Pets are not permitted inside the museum. Only registered service animals and guide dogs are allowed. Hats are not allowed in the exhibition spaces. Food and drinks are not permitted inside the museum. Luggage, large bags, and oversized items are not allowed.

The museum is not suitable for wheelchairs or strollers because the historic building has stairs and no lifts. Only registered service dogs are permitted. Strollers can be parked in the garden.

Arrive at the beginning of your selected time slot for guaranteed entry. A 5-minute grace period is provided. The museum is located on Museumplein, making it easy to pair your visit with other major museums nearby. You can reach the Moco Museum via GVB tram lines 2, 5, and 12 or bus 88. Opening hours change depending on the season: July and August: Sunday to Thursday 9am to 8pm, Friday and Saturday 9am to 9pm Rest of the year: Monday to Thursday 9am to 7pm, Friday to Sunday 9am to 8pm Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Paid parking is available nearby at Q-Park Museumplein.
