Guests with disabilities are welcome, but please note that the mountainous terrain includes steep paths and stairs, and not all areas are wheelchair accessible.

Facilities: wi-fi on buses. It might not be possible to complete all the activities due to poor weather, heavy traffic, or suspension of operations. The tour will be redirected to an alternate place or guests will be compensated with gifts, depending on the situation. Refunds will not be made for these unavoidable circumstances. Halal, vegan, and allergy-friendly meals are not available on this tour; please book without lunch and bring your own food. Seasonality: From late April to November, the tour visits Mt. Fuji 5th Station; from November to late April, stops may include Fujisan Museum, Lake Kawaguchi Oishi Park, Fujisan World Heritage Center, Itchiku Kubota Art Museum, or Oshino Hakkai. If you miss the bullet train after getting off at Odawara Station, there will be no refund. Please board the next available train in the non-reserved compartment.
