Getting started
Head to the designated meeting point at the Teide Cable Car base station and meet your Starlight guide. The experience lasts around one hour, with your guide introducing you to the night sky before using professional long-range telescopes to explore the celestial objects visible that evening. Be prepared for both heat and cold; wear warm clothing and proper footwear, and bring water for the changing mountain conditions.
