This experience is wheelchair accessible. Some restaurants and Vinpearl’s tram service may have limited accessibility due to stairs or slight inclines. Some rides at VinWonders have height or age restrictions and limited accessibility. Be sure to check the requirements before your visit.

No bicycles, skis, roller skates, sound devices, weapons, explosives, banned items, or food/drinks (except for children’s or special diets). Do not throw objects at animals, step on grass, break branches or pick flowers, litter, spit, or damage any landscape, property, or displays. Smoking is not allowed except in the designated areas. Shutterbugs, take note: Flash photography is a no-go inside the venue. Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.
