Tickets may be collected on the day before or the day of departure. Address: B1F KITTE JP Tower, 2-7-2 Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo. Opening hours: 9am to 7pm. Ticket collection is unavailable outside operating hours. The operator is not responsible if guests miss the Shinkansen due to failure to collect tickets during operating hours.
