Must Know
- Photography is allowed in the museum, but flash photography and video recording are prohibited.
- Please use nearby parking lots such as the Wakamiya Oodori Park Shirakawa-mae parking lot.
- When visiting, please go to the reception desk on the 1st floor of the North Hall (Museum Shop) for ticket redemption first.
- Eating and drinking are prohibited in the museum.
- Additionally, the museum does not have a bus parking lot

If a cancellation request is submitted before 1:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged. If a cancellation request is submitted after 1:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged. Th
