Natural Beauty

Cherry blossoms bloom beautifully in spring, while summer brings stunning waterfalls. Autumn is marked by vibrant maple leaves, and winter showcases serene landscapes. The area's elevation ranges from 1,100 to 1,600 meters above sea level, featuring native beech, green oak, and two-leaf pine forests.

Wildlife

The rich natural ecosystem supports a variety of wildlife, including white-nosed hearth beetles, squirrels, goats, Formosan macaques, Japanese tree frogs, long-armed beetles, and stag beetles. Visitors can also spot 120 bird species such as the stork and Taiwan blue magpie.

Seasonal Attractions

In May, black-winged fireflies appear alongside Taiwan long-armed beetles and numerous butterflies. The autumn season is particularly busy with large areas of native maple forests decorating the viewing trail. Cherry blossoms in spring also offer a stunning display.

Aowanda Suspension Bridge

The spectacular Aowanda Suspension Bridge, 180 meters long and 90 meters high, connects beautiful pine forest areas. Visitors can enjoy an overlook of the confluence of the Wanda North and South Rivers from this vantage point.

  • This ticket is limited to one ticket per person for admission, and each ticket can only be used once and cannot be reused after verification.
