- Infants aged 0-2 are free of charge provided that they sit on their parent's lap. Only 1 adult is allowed to travel with 1 infant
- Please book a separate seat for children aged 3+
- The price is the same for all ages
- Lunch will be excluded for infants who join for free
- In the unlikely event that the road to Narvik is closed and the tour is canceled, you may be offered an alternative [guided tour to the Icehotel], or request for a full refund
- It is encouraged to purchase your own travel insurance before participating in this activity
- It is recommended to wear warm clothes as it may get really cold during the trip
- Food and drinks are allowed inside the shuttle service, however, alcoholic beverages are not allowed on board
