Bring a valid photo ID to match the name on your booking if requested at the entrance. Swimwear, towels, and sunscreen are recommended for your comfort and safety. A hat, sunglasses, and flip-flops or water shoes are advised for sun protection and ease of movement.

Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed inside the water park for security reasons. Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals. Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited on the premises. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. Glass containers and sharp objects are not allowed within the park. Running, diving, or unsafe behavior on slides and in pool areas is strictly prohibited.

This experience is not wheelchair accessible. Infants must sit on laps during transfers and within the park. This experience is not recommended for travelers with back problems, pregnant travelers, or those with heart problems or other serious medical conditions.

Confirmation will be received at time of booking. Most travelers can participate. If you have opted for hotel transfers, please be ready at your hotel lobby 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. Please note that the lunch buffet is available from 1pm to 3pm.
