Choose lightweight, comfortable clothing and closed-toe footwear suited for outdoor exploration. Carry a camera or binoculars to make the most of wildlife and scenic photo opportunities. Sunscreen and bug spray are suggested to stay protected from the elements.

Please avoid bringing alcohol, large bags, or bulky luggage. Pets are not permitted on the airboat for safety reasons. Outside food or drinks are not allowed on-site. Glass containers are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.

The experience is not wheelchair accessible. Not suitable for guests with neck, back, or heart problems, or other serious medical conditions. Pregnant travelers should refrain from participating. Passengers must be able to board and exit the airboat on their own.

Children under the age of 5 must be supervised by an adult and cannot ride independently. Pickup services start about 75 minutes prior to tour time; missed pickups will not be rescheduled. Hotel transfers are limited to select Downtown and French Quarter locations. Tours proceed rain or shine—dress appropriately for the weather. Separate bookings do not guarantee seats on the same boat. Cab and rideshare options are unavailable in the Lafitte area; plan ahead. Alligator sightings are frequent on warm, sunny days (above 65°F), though not assured.
