Weekdays: Open from 10:30 to 17:30; holidays from 10:30 to 18:30. Closed every Tuesday. If the public holiday falls on the Lunar New Year, national holidays, winter and summer vacations, business hours remain normal.

Must Know

  • If canceled within 48 hours before departure, no refund will be given.
  • Please arrive at the museum 10 minutes before the scheduled show time to collect your tickets.
  • Children under 90 centimeters tall can enter for free. Each adult is limited to one child under 90 centimeters tall. If you bring one more child, you need to purchase a ticket.
  • This itinerary is only valid for the scheduled times.
  • There is no luggage storage facility on site.
  • DIY experience courses may vary with seasons and events, and the content cannot be specified.
  • Food outside the factory is prohibited.
  • Pets are not allowed, with the exception of ID-certified guide dogs.
  • Smoking and drinking are prohibited. If the staff finds out, they will be asked to leave the venue immediately.
  • Cooperate with government epidemic prevention measures. Please wear a mask when entering the park. Those with a forehead temperature ≧37.5℃ are not allowed to enter.
  • Dangerous items (eg: bottles, firecrackers, laser pens) and items that may interfere with other participants are prohibited.
  • There is no parking on site. For parking, please use nearby on-street parking spaces or private car parks.
