Seasonal cruise note: The Hornblower or Niagara City Cruises operate seasonally and are replaced by other attractions in winter. Winter substitutions: Winter replacements may include Skylon Tower, Butterfly Conservatory, Niagara Parks Power Station, or Niagara Takes Flight, depending on the tour. Restrooms: Restroom access is limited, so please use the facilities before your tour begins. Parking: No parking is available at the tour meeting point. Two main paid lots are available on Niagara Parkway year-round. Parking Lot A: Parking Lot A is closest to the Falls and is located beside the Power Station. Parking Lot B: Parking Lot B is located at the Floral Showhouse. Arrival time: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your tour start time, as refunds are not possible for late arrivals or no-shows. Group size: Small-group tours may have a maximum of 7 guests, while walking and fireworks tours may have up to 22 guests. Tour locations: All tours operate on the Canadian side of Niagara Falls and do not require a passport. Walking level: Moderate walking is required on guided walking and evening fireworks tours. Fireworks: Fireworks cruises run only when Niagara fireworks are scheduled and are subject to weather and visibility. Helicopter upgrade: A 10-minute helicopter flight may be available on select small-group tours for an extra fee. From Toronto tours: Day trips from Toronto last about 9 hours and return between 4:30pm and 5pm, depending on traffic.
