- Your journey begins at Queenston’s departure dock located at 55 River Frontage Road in Ontario. Upon arrival, check-in is required at the ticket booth.
- A safety briefing will be conducted before you don your life jacket and are guided to either a Wet or Dry Jet boat by our crew members based on your preference.

- Pregnant guests and anyone with osteoporosis, heart, neck, or back injuries cannot participate.
- On-site measurements ensure compliance with height requirements.
- Meals, tips/gratuities, and transportation to the dock are not included.
