Outside food and beverages, pets, smoking in non-designated areas, late arrival (no refunds for missed buses), and re-entry after exiting the park are not allowed.

Night tickets are valid for one-time entry after 3pm only. Cable car operations begin at 3pm, and the last cable car departs at 10pm, subject to operating conditions. Buffet dinner is served at Beer Plaza from 6pm to 9pm. Complimentary shuttle bus pickup is available at 2pm from Da Nang Downtown, 2/9 Street (A1 Waiting Area inside the 2/9 Monument premises). The shuttle stops on the adjacent road approximately 30 meters from the waiting area. Return shuttle buses from Ba Na Hills to Da Nang depart at 8:30pm, 9:30pm, and 10:30pm. Depending on cable car operations, pickup and drop-off may be arranged at Toc Tien Cable Car Station/Main Gate or the Hoi An Station fountain on the Louvre–Marseille route. Child tickets apply to children between 100–140 cm in height. Children under 100 cm can enter for free. Shuttle schedules may change during special dates or operational adjustments. Effective from 18 May 2026, tickets are valid for one-time use only within the validity period printed on the ticket.

This experience is not accessible by wheelchairs and prams/strollers. This experience is not the best fit for pregnant women and guests with cardiac disease, acrophobia, and epilepsy.
