• E-vouchers can be redeemed at designated JR Bus counters starting at 10:00 am one month and one day before your travel date. Please present the QR code on your electronic voucher at the time of redemption

• Please avoid losing your e-voucher and/or physical tickets as they cannot be replaced if lost or stolen
• From/to Osaka area, please board at the Osaka Station JR Express Bus Terminal/JR Namba (Minatomachi Bus Terminal). Kindly check the bus schedule for the updated departure and arrival times
• From/to Kobe area, please board at the Shin-Kobe Station/Sannomiya Bus Terminal. Kindly check the bus schedule for the updated departure and arrival times
• If you select the "From/to Kyoto – Weekday Ticket", you can board and alight at the JR Bus Terminal at Kyoto Station Central Exit (Karasuma)
• The bus will depart on time. Please check the bus schedule in advance and allot allowance time for boarding
• Arrival at the destination may be delayed due to road and weather conditions. The bus service will not issue refunds or other forms of compensation if the trip is delayed due to such causes
• Passengers can bring handbags for free under the following conditions:
• • The weight does not exceed 10 kg
• • The total volume does not exceed 0.125 cubic meters
• • The bag length is 1.5 meters or less
• • Please note the bus staff may restrict the amount of luggage you can bring if it blocks the aisles and emergency exits
• • Pets are allowed but must be kept in cages. Please contact the bus company for additional details
• • Bringing of dangerous items inside the bus is not allowed
• • Drunk passengers or those in dirty clothing will not be allowed onboard
• • Guests with pets who are loud and may bother other passengers will also not be allowed to board
• For those riding the bus service to destinations beyond the scope of this package, please pay the separate fees required
• Please contact Traviia Customer Service to ask for refunds on your e-vouchers. However, refunds cannot be given for tickets that were already redeemed at the bus ticket centers
