Niutousi Experience Farm is located in Zhuangwei Township, Yilan County, Taiwan. It is a good place to get close to nature and experience farm life. There are a variety of interactive activities here, such as feeding cattle, combing cattle hair, and bathing buffaloes in summer, so that visitors can get close to the docile cattle and feel the tranquility and harmony of the countryside. The farm environment is elegant, mostly semi-outdoor space. In autumn and winter, the sea breeze is blowing, which is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the pastoral scenery. The plowing experience activity is suitable for children over 7 years old. Parents can accompany their children to the fields and enjoy the warm time of parent-child travel. In addition, the farm ticket can be used to offset the consumption of food and other expenses on the farm, which increases the cost-effectiveness of the tour. Must Know
- As Zhuangwei is close to the sea, the wind is strong in autumn and winter
- It is recommended to wear clothes that are convenient for working in the fields (pants that can be rolled up easily), and bring your own towel and a set of change of clothes
- There are tatami shoes available for use in the fields (but there are no children's sizes, so children are advised to bring their own rain boots)
- The recommended age for the plowing experience is 7 years old and above
- Participate in the plowing activity
- Children aged 3-6 must be accompanied by a parent
- The fields are muddy after rain in winter
- It is recommended to bring your own hat and warm jacket
