Same-day bookings: Same-day bookings must be made before 3pm for the Sunset Program and before 6pm for the Dinner Programs. Sunset check-in: Check in at ICONSIAM Pier 1 from 3:30pm to 4:30pm. Sunset boarding: The Sunset Program departs from ICONSIAM Pier 2 at 4:45pm and cruises until 6:30pm. Dinner check-in: Check in at ICONSIAM Pier 1 from 5:30pm to 7:30pm for the Dinner Programs. Dinner boarding: The Dinner Programs depart from ICONSIAM Pier 2 at 7:45pm and cruise until 9:45pm. Boarding point: The default boarding point for all bookings is ICONSIAM Pier. Blackout dates: Some programs are unavailable on New Year's Eve from December 30 to January 1 and on February 14 for Valentine's Day. Child policy: Children aged 1 to 3 years can join free of charge. Child tickets: Child rates apply to children aged 4 to 10 years and children under 120cm in height. VAT: Prices include 7% VAT. Menu changes: Menu items may change without prior notice. Route changes: The cruise route may change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances. Cancellation: Free cancellation is available at least 1 day before the visit, by 12pm, by emailing customer.service@globaltix.com. No-shows: No-shows are charged in full. Birthday cake: A complimentary birthday cake is available during the birthday month for the Dinner Programs. Sunset drinks: The Sunset Program includes drinking water, while the Dinner Programs' free-flow soft drinks do not include water.
