Each passenger has a maximum weight limit of 250 lbs (113 kg), with combined weights factored in for flight planning. Passengers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult or have parental consent. Children under 2 years old can fly for free if they can safely fit on a parent's lap. Subject to favorable weather conditions and helicopter maintenance, if canceled due to these reasons, you will be given the option of an alternative date or a full refund. Shared flights require a minimum of 2-4 passengers to operate (depending on aircraft availability) and may be canceled if the minimum is not met. More than 3 passengers are not guaranteed to fly together. All our tour operators are highly trained, follow strict protocols, and maintain an impeccable safety record to ensure a secure and enjoyable experience.
