One of the largest crocodile parks in the world, Atagawa Banana Crocodile Park is home to approximately 100 crocodiles spanning 16 different species. Visitors can explore around 5,000 species of tropical plants on display.

Crocodile Feeding Experience

You have the opportunity to observe the feeding of the crocodiles. This experience is available:

• April to September: Every Wednesday and Sunday (Wednesday: Main Crocodile Garden / Sunday: Branch Garden) from 1pm onwards.
• October to March: Every Sunday (Main and Annex Gardens alternate every other week) from 1pm onwards.

Fruit Parlour Delights

Enjoy ripe bananas and papayas harvested in the orchard at the fruit parlour. Many facilities have roofs, allowing you to enjoy them even on rainy days.

Unique Attractions

In addition to crocodiles, Atagawa Banana Crocodile Park is the only zoo in Japan that breeds and displays red pandas and Amazonian manatees. Don't miss meeting the adorable official mascot, Atagawa Ban!

The park operates from 9:00 to 17:00 with the last entry at 16:30. It is open all year round.
