Okinawa Children's Kingdom is an animal and science exploration park suitable for the whole family. It features Japan's southernmost zoo, showcasing a variety of animals from Okinawa and around the world.
The park includes interactive museums that combine exhibitions and workshops, making learning fun and engaging. The themed area combines a zoo with an interactive children's museum, perfect for a family day trip.
The zoo is one of the southernmost in Japan, housing approximately 150 species, including those unique to the Ryukyu region. This allows children to get up close and personal with nature and animals.
The interactive museum within the park focuses on inspiring children's curiosity and sensibilities, featuring a variety of engaging exhibition areas and activities. It regularly hosts workshops, experiential courses, and special exhibitions, making learning as fun as a game.
Bring your children to explore "surprises and discoveries" and create memorable travel experiences filled with laughter.
If Tuesday is a Japanese national holiday, the park will remain open as usual and close the following day. Regarding the year-end and New Year's Day closure, the park will suspend general operations for three days each year on December 30th, December 31st, and January 1st.
If special events are held, the park may remain open as usual.
The park will be temporarily closed when Okinawa Island enters the typhoon's path. If facilities are damaged, it may remain closed to the public.
