- Health Conditions
- No compensation will be provided for transportation costs in such cases.
- Participants with past or present health conditions deemed unsuitable for diving by the organizer may be refused participation.
- Arrhythmia, angina, heart disease, hypertension, or other circulatory disorders
- In such cases, we cannot compensate for travel expenses to the site.
- Those intending to consume marine flora/fauna.
- Those scheduled to fly on the same day after diving. (If discovered on the day, participation will be refused with a 100% cancellation fee.)
- Activities may be canceled due to weather or equipment failure
- Minors without a guardian's consent form. (If the form is missing on the day, participation will be refused with a 100% cancellation fee.)
- Those arriving more than 10 minutes late for the meeting time. (To avoid delaying other punctual guests, participation will be refused with a 100% cancellation fee.)
- Participants aged 60+ without a doctor's clearance for diving. (Even if healthy, a medical certificate is required—otherwise, participation will be refused with a 100% cancellation fee.)
- Those likely to cause inconvenience to other guests. (This is a group activity—please avoid selfish behavior.)
- Respiratory/lung diseases (pneumonia, tuberculosis, pneumothorax, asthma, etc.)
- After diving, please schedule your flight at least 18 hours later, preferably 24 hours or more.
- Those clearly unwell but insisting on participation. (Avoid pushing yourself—health management is a diver's responsibility.)
- Those with conditions listed on the medical history form. (Participation is allowed with a doctor's note; otherwise, refusal and a 100% cancellation fee apply.)
- Epilepsy
- Diabetes

No Cancellation and Non-refundable
If a cancellation request is submitted before 11:59 PM, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged. If a cancellation request is submitted after 11:59 PM 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
