Boarding: Boarding starts at 7pm. Arrive at least 30 minutes before departure. Departure: The cruise departs at 7:15pm and leaves strictly on time. Cruise duration: The cruise lasts approximately 3 hours. Return: The Kaiseki and Umi options return to Pier 4 at around 10pm. The Kawa option returns at around 10:15pm. Seating: Kaiseki guests are seated in the main hall, while Teppanyaki guests are seated at the Teppanyaki counter. Children: Kaiseki and Teppanyaki sets are available at 50% off the original price for children aged 4 to 11. Dietary requirements: Inform the team of allergies or dietary restrictions when booking. Guests who do not eat beef can receive Black Cod as an alternative. Special occasions: Inform the team when booking if you are celebrating a birthday, anniversary or other special occasion. Menu changes: Menus may change without prior notice based on seasonal ingredients. Additional orders: Additional orders are subject to government tax and a 10% service charge.
