- 9:00 Hotel Pick-up:
- Complimentary pick-up and drop-off service is available within designated urban areas of Hangzhou.
Please Note: An additional fee will be charged for pick-ups/drop-offs outside the designated service area. Please consult our customer service for specific details.
- West Lake Boat Tour
- Includes boat ticket and landing ticket for the "Three Pools Mirroring the Moon" (Santanyinyue) islet.

</span>1.This tour requires a minimum of 2 guests to operate. If this minimum is not met, our customer service will contact you to reschedule or issue a full refund. Please note that our company will not be held liable for any further compensation in such cases.
2.Your dedicated guide will contact you the evening before your tour to confirm your pickup location and the total number of guests (Please remember to include infants in the count, as overloading the vehicle will prevent the tour from proceeding).
3.The complimentary pickup and drop-off service is limited to the main urban areas. Unfortunately, we cannot arrange transportation for locations outside this designated zone.
4.On the day of your tour, please bring valid photo identification (ID card, Hong Kong/Macao Pass, passport, etc.) and arrive at the agreed meeting point at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time.<div>
