Look for a white or black bus with the GoShalabi logo. Be ready on time, as the driver will wait only 5 minutes. The pickup window is ±60 minutes for Hurghada hotels and ±90 minutes for extended areas (Makadi Bay, Sahl Hasheesh, El Gouna, Soma Bay, Safaga). No cancellations are allowed after 6pm the day before your tour. You are responsible for your personal belongings. The company is not liable for lost or damaged items.
