Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience. Please do not touch the animals. This helps keep both you and them safe. Do not feed the animals, as they are on a carefully managed diet. Avoid yelling at or teasing the animals to ensure a calm and respectful environment. Please do not tap on the glass or bang on the enclosures, as it can be stressful for the animals. Do not throw rocks or any other objects into the enclosures, as this can be harmful. Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere in the Gator Park. Please do not climb on or cross any fences or barriers, as they are there for your safety.

Florida airboat tours are accessible via a wheelchair-friendly ramp that runs from behind the gift shop down to the loading docks. Just keep in mind that there are a few steps from the dock to the airboat itself, so guests will need to be physically assisted from their wheelchairs onto the boat. Gator Park is also easy to navigate with a wheelchair. All the exhibits are on ground level, and the paths are made of compacted shells and concrete, making them smooth and accessible.

Check in at least 45-min before your airboat tour takes off. Children 2 years old and under can go on the airboat tour for free. Those under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an adult while visiting the Gator Park.
