Strollers can be checked in for free at the ticket gate, and a stroller storage room is available at Toyotomi Ishigakikan for your convenience.
Osaka Castle Main Tower offers seven wheelchairs for rent, available only within the building, while Toyotomi Ishigakikan offers two wheelchairs for rent. Wheelchairs are provided on a first-come, first-served basis, and reservations are not accepted. Staff proficient in foreign languages are available to assist with your questions and inquiries at all times.
Free audio guide devices are available for rent in Japanese, English, Korean, and Chinese. Photography is prohibited on the 3rd and 4th floors of Osaka Castle Main Tower, which display important cultural properties, but allowed in all other areas. Photography of the stone walls is permitted at Toyotomi Ishigakikan, but photography of video content is prohibited due to copyright protection.
