ーHow to use the Osaka Metro Bus Ticket QR Code Ticket Planー

  • To use an e-ticket, please use a mobile device such as a tablet or smartphone to click on the e-ticket link you received after booking, show the e-ticket to the staff and press the use button.
    ※Electronic tickets can only be used in an Internet environment. Please confirm in advance whether your mobile device can access the Internet normally.
    ※Please note: Screenshots or printouts of paper tickets cannot be used.
    ※If you purchase multiple tickets at one time, you cannot use them separately. Once you start using them, all tickets will be used at the same time. These tickets are not transferable or shareable. Please make sure that all tickets are used for the same trip. If you wish to use your ticket multiple times, please purchase it in batches.
    ※To prevent others from using it illegally, when you open the e-ticket again in a different environment from the one you used to open the e-ticket for the first time, the system will ask you to use the OTP dynamic password for verification. Please follow the steps below to complete the verification.
  1. Enter an email address that can normally receive emails and press the send button.
  2. Check your mailbox to see if you have received the OTP password email. If the email cannot be found, it may be classified as spam. If you still can't find it in your spam folder, you may have entered an incorrect email address. Please open the website and re-enter your email address.
  3. Enter the OTP code in the email on the ticket screen and click the confirmation button. If the password is correct, the screen will switch to the e-ticket usage screen.
    ※Please note: Once the OTP is verified, the email address cannot be changed. Therefore, please be sure to enter your email address when verifying.
  • If the ticket cannot be displayed due to device failure, electronic device failure or unstable communication service, you will not be able to use the Service. In this case, please pay the fare separately before using the service. Please note that the fare paid will not be refunded during the period when the ticket cannot be displayed.
  • When taking the subway, you only need to scan the QR code at the ticket gate that supports QR codes to enter and exit the station.
  • When taking the bus, please scan the dedicated QR code displayed inside the bus before getting off, and show the verification screen to the driver when getting off.
  • This ticket is for one person only.
  • This pass is not valid on Hankyu, Kita-Osaka Kyuko, Kintetsu or other company lines. When travelling outside the valid area, please inform the staff at the arrival station and pay the additional fare.
