Carry a smartphone with internet access to display your QR code ticket. Ensure your device is charged, as tickets cannot be used if not displayed. Keep access to your email for OTP verification if required.

Screenshots or printed tickets are not accepted for entry. Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be shared. Multiple tickets in one booking cannot be used separately.

Show your QR code to avail discounts at participating attractions. Discounts will not apply if the QR code cannot be displayed or the facility is closed. Internet access is required to use the e-ticket at all times. OTP verification may be required when accessing the ticket on a new device. If your device fails or your battery dies, you must pay the fare separately without a refund. The pass is valid for one person only and activates on first use. If the validity expires during travel, you may exit once without issues. Activated tickets within their validity may be used for alternative transport during disruptions. Tickets cannot be refunded after activation or expiry. All tickets in one booking activate together when first used.
