Booking &amp; Availability</b></h3><ul data-path-to-node="14"><li><p data-path-to-node="14,0,0">Reservations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the class to ensure individual workbench setup and material allocation. </li><li><p data-path-to-node="14,1,0">Prices are per person and cover all standard tool usage, artisan instruction, and the basic silver allowance. </li></ul><h3 data-path-to-node="15"><b data-path-to-node="15" data-index-in-node="0">2. Cancellation &amp; Rescheduling</b></h3><ul data-path-to-node="16"><li><p data-path-to-node="16,0,0"><b data-path-to-node="16,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Free Cancellation:</b> Cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled class time to receive a 100% full refund. </li><li><p data-path-to-node="16,1,0"><b data-path-to-node="16,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Rescheduling:</b> You may request to modify your session time or date for free up to 12 hours before the class, subject to studio availability. </li><li><p data-path-to-node="16,2,0">Cancellations made within less than 24 hours or failure to show up for your slot (<i data-path-to-node="16,2,0" data-index-in-node="82">No-Show</i>) are non-refundable. </li></ul><h3 data-path-to-node="17"><b data-path-to-node="17" data-index-in-node="0">3. Safety &amp; Age Guidelines</b></h3><ul data-path-to-node="18"><li><p data-path-to-node="18,0,0">Due to the handling of specialized equipment, including high-temperature hand-torches for soldering, sharp jewelry saws, and hammers, the minimum age to participate is <b data-path-to-node="18,0,0" data-index-in-node="168">6 years old</b>. </li><li><p data-path-to-node="18,1,0">Children under the age of 12 <b data-path-to-node="18,1,0" data-index-in-node="29">must</b> be accompanied and closely supervised by an adult throughout the workshop. </li></ul><h3 data-path-to-node="19"><b data-path-to-node="19" data-index-in-node="0">4. Extra Silver &amp; Gemstones</b></h3><ul data-path-to-node="20"><li><p data-path-to-node="20,0,0">The base rate includes the standard 1 - 5 grams of silver. If your design requires a heavier piece, or if you wish to embellish your creation with semi-precious gemstones, extra fees will be calculated at the studio based on current weight and selection. </li></ul>
