Delicious Picnic

A delicious picnic will be provided aboard the boat for you to enjoy during the cruise. Typical contents include a selection of finger sandwiches, homemade quiche or tart of the day, homemade scones with strawberry jam and clotted cream, and Elderflower Presse. Served in a traditional picnic basket with napkins, crockery, and glasses (to be returned to the crew at the end of the cruise). Drinks to take aboard can be purchased at the departure point.

  • No ticket purchase is required for infants (age 0-1)
  • Please note there is no parking available onsite: The closest car park is the Westgate Center Car Park which is a 5-10-minute walk away from The Folly (typically £5 per 3 hours)
  • The Folly, Redbridge Park and Ride is the most convenient service (south of Oxford accessed from A34 and A423). Once parked take the number 300 bus to the third stop referred to as The Police Station which is a 3-minute walk away (currently £2 for up to 24 hours parking and £2.70 adult return fare)
