  • Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.
  • Flash photography, tripods, and filming equipment are not allowed inside the palace.
  • Food and drinks are not permitted inside the palace.
  • Access is not allowed without a valid ticket or if you do not meet eligibility criteria for free entry.
  • Access to the palace is difficult for people with limited mobility; the experience is not fully wheelchair accessible.
  • Note: The Passport ticket grants access to the Palace, the Trianon Estate, Gallery of Coaches, Royal Tennis Court, temporary exhibitions and the gardens. From 1 April to 31 October, it also includes entry to the Musical Fountains shows.
