Carry a map of the cathedral so you can navigate through the site comfortably. Wear comfortable walking shoes as you’ll have to climb 200 stairs to access the terraces. Carry enough water to keep yourself hydrated.

Clothes that don’t cover your knees and shoulders are not allowed. Pets cannot tag along for this experience (except guide dogs).

This experience is wheelchair/pram accessible, but climbing the stairs to the terraces can be a challenge for those with reduced mobility. Guide dogs are welcome at the venue.

Carry your best earphones to make the most of the audio guide. Children under 9 years of age are not allowed on the terraces. From April to October, the entrance to the Palma Cathedral is from Portal del Mirador. From November to March, the entrance to the Palma Cathedral is from Placa de la Seu, via the Almonia Building. Visitors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
