Getting started

Get picked up from your Marrakech or nearby Medina accommodation and travel by air‑conditioned vehicle to the Palmeraie. On arrival, meet your camel guide and quad instructor, check your gear, and receive a short safety briefing.

What to expect

Marrakech’s palm grove offers wide tracks and quiet paths ideal for slow camel treks and guided quad rides.

Features

• Camel ride (first activity): The camel ride follows quiet palm grove tracks, led by experienced handlers. Duration is approximately 1 hour. A cheich is provided and your handler stays alongside throughout. Stops for photos are included along the route.

• Tea break at a Berber encampment: Between activities, you stop at a traditional nomadic area or Berber village for mint tea, homemade crepes, and a short rest. This gives both adults and children time to recover before the second activity.

• Quad bike ride (second activity): After the tea break, your guide runs the safety briefing for the quad bikes and fits you with a helmet and goggles. The quad section covers approximately 1.5 hours across mixed desert terrain; sandy tracks, rocky paths, and palm-framed trails. Groups are paced by experience, so beginners ride alongside beginners.

• Return to Marrakesh: After both activities, your driver takes you back to your hotel or a central drop-off point in Marrakesh.
