• For those who use the Boai ticket, please purchase your ticket on-site and present your ID for identification verification
• If you are unable to present your ID, you will need to purchase a full-price ticket.
• If you use a discount ticket or a charity ticket and enter with a full ticket, you will not be able to request a partial refund or compensation for the difference in admission ticket price.
• If the above behaviors are discovered by the staff, they will be asked to leave immediately.
• Smoking, drinking, and chewing betel nut are strictly prohibited in the park
• Pets are not allowed into the venue, except for guide dogs with identification
• Vouchers must be used on the day of entry and are only valid for consumption within the park
• They cannot be converted into cash or transferred.
• Flash photography is prohibited in the venue
• As animals are easily frightened, to ensure the safety of animals and visitors, running, playing, and loud noises are strictly prohibited in the park

No Cancellation and Non-refundable

If a cancellation request is submitted before 11:00 AM, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged. If a cancellation request is submitted after 11:00 AM 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

Unredeemed bookings can be canceled at any time. Partial refund is not available. To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM 3 day(s) before the expiration date, a fee of 10% will be charged. If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 3 day(s) before the expiration date, a fee of 100% will be charged. C
