Food and drinks are not permitted inside the museum, except for sweets purchased at the Hans & Gretel candy shop or won during special events. Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed inside the museum for security reasons. Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals. Access to the Zero Gravity Room is not allowed for children under 4, people with reduced mobility, people who have recently undergone surgery, people suffering from neck or back pain, people with high blood pressure, or pregnant women.

The venue is wheelchair accessible, but some experiences, such as the Zero Gravity Room, are not accessible.

The experience is open to all ages. Children under 4 enter for free. The Zero Gravity Room may cause imbalance, dizziness, nausea, and lightheadedness. The Hans & Gretel candy shop inside the museum offers a variety of sweets and treats. Some experiences are not included in the standard ticket and require separate fee (Zero Gravity, Lœuf et la poule, Flexi ticket).
